Acceptable Stay with a Few Hiccups

The bed in my Standard Twin Room Non-Smoking was acceptably comfortable enough for a short stay.
The gym charged a fee for each visit. I found that quite inconvenient as most hotels offer gym access without extra charges. The room felt somewhat outdated, it lacked sufficient USB charging ports for modern devices. I found this a stark contrast to the updated features at other properties.

a nice stay
attentive staff convenient shuttle amazing view
I booked the corner king room. It had an amazing city view! the staff was very attentive. They helped with all my needs. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle bus to hamamatsucho station. It made my travel to haneda airport so easy though the traffic was terrible.

the staff were friendly and helpful! the views of the tower from the room were fine, especially at night. the nearby park was also lovely.
some of the subway lines were a bit far to walk, inconvenient.
